ROAR\r\nResponsibilities, Obligations and Requirements<\/em><\/h3>\r\n

The Responsibility, Obligation and Requirements (ROAR) Committee ensures that all Units understand the requirements for paying Department Citations and qualifying for the Department Meritorious Award. Because ROAR applies to every Unit, each Unit must give these responsibilities careful and consistent attention. Timely payment of citations enables the Department to continue serving veterans, active-duty service members, and the community. Please submit all payments by their due dates.<\/p>\r\n

Reports containing \u201cN\/A\u201d or \u201cNo Report,\u201d or answering \u201cNo\u201d to every question, will not be accepted.<\/p>\r\n
